ArtSpire is an arts management and consulting company based in India, specialising in the development and management of artistic initiatives.
We are a team of professionals with deep understanding of, and passion for, the arts. We work with arts organisations, venues and artists, supporting them to develop, implement and sustain their artistic initiatives. We understand the challenges facing the arts sector and provide practical and customised advisory and consultation, based on our collective experience in the field.

Founder & Director
A performing arts connoisseur, Ramya derives great inspiration from the artistic creations of others. She founded ArtSpire to support arts and culture organisations and artistes, with professional expertise in marketing and management.
In a career spanning over 18 years in strategic communications and arts, she has worked with Indian and global clients and partners, in the non-profit, corporate, startup, and the arts and culture sectors. Her expertise includes arts management, brand communication, social media marketing and public relations.
Prior to founding ArtSpire, Ramya was the Project Director at Inception Business Services, a marketing consulting firm in Chennai, where she was responsible for driving the marketing communication strategies for brands across various sectors. Prior to that she led the Resource Mobilisation initiatives at NalandaWay Foundation, an arts-based NGO. She is currently in the Board of Trustees of NalandaWay Foundation.
Earlier in her career, Ramya was a Consulting Associate at Genesis Burson-Marsteller, an International PR firm, where she managed and executed PR campaigns for several technology MNCs.
She has a Masters degree in Communications from Portland State University, Oregon, USA.
Ramya loves travelling, is a passionate foodie and a yoga enthusiast.
Aishwarya is a strategic communication, branding and engagement professional with a decade of corporate experience. She is adept at strategising and executing media outreach activities with the aim of ensuring brand presence and audience engagement.
Being closely associated with performing arts since the age of 5, Aishwarya’s passion to promote art in a creatively efficient manner drew her into this space. With love for art in the heart and drive for execution in her head, she constantly seeks to blend these elements to bring value to work.
Being an experimental mother, outside of her work Aishwarya find happiness in promoting baby wearing and modern parenting. Music, dance, food and travel completes her interests in life.
Senior Programme Associate
Taking her first steps in the professional world, Snehaa holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Warwick, UK. A short spell as a Project Associate at a marketing agency services in Chennai, has helped her gain insight on the impact of digital marketing.
Snehaa has been learning Bharathanatyam under the guidance of Smt. Padmini Krishnamurthy, Director of Sri Saraswati Natyalaya, Muscat; over the last 15 years. She has performed widely as part of groups at various places across the globe. Snehaa has also had the honour of performing at the prestigious “Cleveland Thyagaraja Festival” held at Cleveland, Ohio, USA in 2010. Owing to her love for dance, Snehaa continues to actively learn and perform, even today, whenever she can. Having participated in a large number of group productions, the management aspect of the arts has always fascinated her. And this fascination, she believes, will be her driving force at ArtSpire.
Having been brought up in the Middle East, apart from being on stage, Snehaa loves to travel and experience different cultures.
Senior Programme Associate
With undying love for food, travel, music and her newfound affinity to Carnatic and fusion music, Vaishnavi has found her place in the world of Arts Management after a short stint in the IT jungle. An engineer by qualification, she has enjoyed being part of many professional groups in Chennai like Net User Group (CNUG) and Bhumi in various capacities. She lead the CNUG for a year in 2015 apart from handling PR and other technical aspects of the group in previous years. Her love for interacting with different people pushed her to volunteer in event management roles in college. Her role as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Weavedin, Bangalore helped her gain experience in Client Management.

Aishwarya Iyer, a passionate dancer holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Christ University, Bangalore also holds a Bachelors degree in Fine arts (Dance) from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. She is also an active solo performer under the tutelage of Kalaimamani Pandanalur S Pandian and a passionate teacher in spreading the art form. Having worked for Ernst and Young & PricewaterhouseCoopers for 2 and half years her inspiration towards arts lead her to start her journey in Artspire.interests.
Passionate about a good story, dance, food, and travel, Sankriti has just stepped into the world of Arts Management after having worked for a tech startup. An engineer by qualification, Sankriti learns Bharatanatyam and is a disciple of Padma Shri awardee, Smt Chitra Visweswaran at her institution, Chidambaram Academy. Also a dance tutor at the same institution, Sankriti continues to learn and perform, whenever she can. Her curiosity in the field of management coupled with her love for the arts brought her to ArtSpire, where she continues to explore and feed both her interests. Also interested in writing, she has written book and movie reviews for The Hindu’s youth supplement, NxG as well as travel pieces for online travel portals. Music, movies, and books form her other interests.
