We are a team of professionals with deep understanding of, and passion for, the arts. We work with arts organisations, venues and artists, supporting them to develop, implement and sustain their artistic initiatives. We understand the challenges facing the arts sector and provide practical and customised advisory and consultation, based on our collective experience in the field.

Founder & Director
A performing arts connoisseur, Ramya derives great inspiration from the artistic creations of others. She founded ArtSpire to support arts and culture organisations and artists, with professional expertise in marketing and management.
In a career spanning over 18 years in strategic communications and arts, she has worked with Indian and global clients and partners, in the non-profit, corporate, startup, and the arts and culture sectors. Her expertise includes arts management, brand communication, social media marketing and public relations.
Prior to founding ArtSpire, Ramya was the Project Director at Inception Business Services, a marketing consulting firm in Chennai, where she was responsible for driving the marketing communication strategies for brands across various sectors. Prior to that she led the Resource Mobilisation initiatives at NalandaWay Foundation, an arts-based NGO. She is currently on the Board of Trustees of NalandaWay Foundation.
Earlier in her career, Ramya was a Consulting Associate at Genesis Burson-Marsteller, an International PR firm, where she managed and executed PR campaigns for several technology MNCs.
She has a Master’s degree in Communications from Portland State University, Oregon, USA.
Ramya loves travelling, is a passionate foodie and a yoga enthusiast.
Aishwarya’s motivation lies in working with visionaries, innovative and experimental thought leaders. In a career spanning over 10 years in the corporate communications sector, Aishwarya has built herself as a strategic communications leader who drives change through communication and engagement. She has worked in multinational companies including Scope International (Chennai) and Shell Inc (Chennai), leading internal communications campaigns and corporate events.
Aishwarya is an Associate Director at ArtSpire and is based in Toronto, Canada. Aishwarya leads a diverse portfolio of clients developing organisational and marketing strategies for arts institutions, branding strategies along with goal and opportunity management plans for artists, as well as planning and managing festivals, workshops and performing arts productions. She spearheads our initiatives in the North American region.
A digital marketing specialist, she also develops marketing strategies and social media campaigns for ArtSpire’s clients with audience development and revenue generation at the heart of the strategy.
A professionally trained Bharatanatyam dancer, Aishwarya loves everything arts and culture. High-spirited and dynamic, she draws immense energy from creative pursuits including storytelling, writing and indulging in visual creativity.
Aishwarya has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media and an MBA in Marketing.
Senior Programme Associate
A post-graduate in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Warwick, and a passionate Bharatanatyam dancer, Snehaa has been part of ArtSpire since its inception. She has been part of several key client projects involving marketing and publicity, strategic planning and festival management.
Snehaa’s inherent ability to look at the “big-picture” along with her meticulous planning and innovative thinking, has been greatly beneficial in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and strategic plans for ArtSpire’s clients.
Having learnt Bharatanatyam for over 20 years, in Muscat, Oman and currently training under the guidance of established artists Renjith & Vijna in Chennai, gives her a deeper understanding of artists’ creative processes and sensibilities.
Snehaa’s interest lies in Arts Marketing and Arts Research and she is immensely passionate about promoting and bringing awareness to the Indian Classical Arts, around the world.
Senior Programme Associate
Aishwarya is an expert organiser and a versatile artist manager who efficiently navigates interactions with a diverse set of arts stakeholders. Aishwarya adeptly applies her knowledge and experience in finance towards instituting disciplined accounting processes for clients. Her keen attention to detail, ability to multi-task and deliver impactful results under immense pressure, makes her a highly driven arts manager. She is also involved in executing social media campaigns as well as exploring collaboration and performance opportunities for ArtSpire clients.
Aishwarya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (Dance) from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. She is also an active solo performer, under the tutelage of Kalaimamani Pandanalur S Pandian and a passionate Bharatanatyam teacher.
Aishwarya enjoys music and travel, and is a stationery addict!
Sanath is a professional Bharatanatyam dancer, a talented data geek and dynamic event manager. A Commerce graduate with Masters in Fine Arts, Sanath’s passion for dance and love for events drew him to arts management.
Sanath’s experience as an event manager, his ability to research, organise, and analyse data, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders makes him a well-rounded arts manager.
Sanath’s work involves executing marketing campaigns for our clients, and audience development and outreach. With his calm demeanour and can-do attitude, he approaches every project with the same enthusiasm and dedication.
Sanath is a disciple of Shri Sheejith Krishna (Director, Sahrudaya Foundation) and Hariharans (Directors of Abhinaya Nritta Patasala) and has been learning Bharatanatyam since the age of five.
Sanath is a fitness enthusiast, and loves gardening and road trips.
An avid art enthusiast, a passionate dancer, and an innovative teacher, Tirtha is driven by a vision to contribute to the development and proliferation of Arts Management in India. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (Bharatanatyam) from SASTRA University, Thanjavur, and a Master’s in International Art Management from SMU Dallas, HEC Montreal, and SDA Bocconi. Learning from experts across the globe equipped her with a holistically developed skill set of varied arts management practices.
Tirtha’s strength lies in her ability to grasp concepts effectively and authentically translate ideas into action. She is responsible for content development and planning and execution of social media campaigns for ArtSpire’s clients
As a performer, Tirtha has been the recipient of several awards and national scholarships. She is a senior disciple at the Soundarya Natya Kalalaya Foundation, Mumbai, and has been independently managing a branch of this well-renowned institution for over ten years.
Tirtha is currently based in Mumbai. Apart from her love for the arts, Tirtha enjoys chess, swimming, trekking, and yoga.
Anvitha, a commerce graduate, is an ardent rasika of the Classical arts. Growing up, listening to her mother teaching music, she always had special interest in Classical music. A Bharatanatyam student of Guru “Yuvakala Bharathi” Archana Narayanamurthy, she has been actively learning, practising and performing for more than a decade.
Her passion towards the arts led her to join ArtSpire. Her work primarily involves interfacing with arts stakeholders and helping with programme and logistical coordination for ArtSpire’s clients.
Being new to the arts management space, Anvitha has demonstrated immense curiosity to learn and contribute fresh perspectives.
Currently, she is pursuing BFA (Bharatanatyam) from Annamalai University.
Akshath Ram Janardhan
Akshath Ram.J is a student of carnatic music, a passionate dramatist and an aspiring spoken word artist. A student of the M.A Integrated Humanities Programme from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Madras, he has been exploring a career in Arts Management and Digital marketing. His background in the field of classical arts and his love for writing led him to ArtSpire where he hopes to explore the facets of Arts Management.
Currently an intern at ArtSpire, Akshath enjoys weaving words in a descriptive manner to create impactful and engaging narratives.
Soaking himself in the sunset, binging on reality shows and getting lost in 90s British Literature are some of his exit doors from reality.
An ArtSpire alumna, Sankriti recently began her Master’s in Arts & Cultural Management at King’s College, London.
Although an engineer by qualification, her business management acumen coupled with her love for the arts introduced her to the field of arts management and brought her to ArtSpire.
As a programme associate, she was a key contributor on several projects involving social media marketing, artist management, brand consulting and content development. With her diligent work ethic and her calm demeanour, she has successfully planned and executed various initiatives for ArtSpire’s clients.
Sankriti is a also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer.
